This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app (“App”). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.
2. INFORMATION PROCESSED
Our App is designed to store and process data strictly locally on your device. We do not "collect" your personal information by transmitting it to external servers.
The App processes the following information locally on your device in order to function:
- Images you upload or capture within the App
- Names or text you input to create practice cards
3. FACE DATA
Our App processes images you upload which does not contain face data. We want to be completely transparent about how this is handled:
- No Collection: We absolutely do NOT collect your face data. It is never transmitted off your device or stored on any external servers.
- Local Processing & Use: Face data is processed strictly locally on your device solely to enable the core functionality of the App (displaying your name practice cards).
- No Sharing: Face data is NEVER shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
- Local Storage & Deletion: Because we do not collect your data, it remains stored only on your personal device. It is permanently deleted when you delete the specific image/card or when you uninstall the App.
4. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
Your information is used solely to:
- Enable the core functionality of the App (creating and reviewing name cards)
- Improve user experience and app performance (if analytics are added)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except for purchase and transaction details processed through our third-party billing service, RevenueCat.
5. DATA STORAGE
All images and card data are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal data on external servers unless explicitly stated in future updates.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
6. DATA SHARING
We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except for transaction and purchase verification details processed via RevenueCat to verify and manage in-app purchases. We do not share your local images, card details, or names with any third parties.
If other third-party services (such as analytics or cloud storage) are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

- The right to request deletion of your data
Since data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by removing it from the App or uninstalling the App.
